Debra Horowitz is an attorney focusing on domestic violence and divorce. Prior to joining the firm, Debra was a staff attorney with the Women’s Law Project in Trenton, New Jersey. She represented victims of domestic violence in all aspects of family law, including restraining orders, custody and visitation matters, support hearings and divorces. She received over 40 hours of training in the dynamics of domestic violence and has served as a volunteer with Womanspace, Inc. It is a priority for Debra to stay informed on all the latest developments in domestic violence, therefore she frequently attends seminars and conferences on domestic violence. Debra has trained attorneys with the Association of Black Women Lawyers of New Jersey in the Prevention of Domestic Violence Act, to staff members and Womanspace, Inc. and led a session on domestic violence with incarcerated juvenile females at the Juvenile Justice Commission in Bordentown, New Jersey. Prior to joining Dennigan Cahill, P.C., she was an associate with the Princeton firm of Drinker, Biddle and Reath and was a law clerk to the Honorable Fred Kieser, Jr., Superior Court of Middlesex County, Family Part.

She was admitted to the New Jersey and Pennsylvania bars in 2000 and is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and New Jersey State Bar Association.
